Through the Oceana Community Foundation a very generous grant was awarded to OCELC by an anonymous donor. OCLEC was able to purchase sand for the sandbox, balance bikes for our cement area, 3 large sail shades for hot days, 2 maple trees and enough sod to give our little ones a softer place to play and crawl.
